This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to the subject matter hereof.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
Donation
The Donation online will go directly to buy the item selected plus the costs of running this fundraising campaign.
Should UDAVI raise over our target for a particular appeal then we will use your donation to help other underprivileged children in Chennai.
CANCELLATION
If donor feels that, he/she made an error in donation amount/purpose or any other parameter, kindly let UDAVI know about such error as early as possible by emailing details at [email protected]. We shall rectify any such parameter requested by you whenever possible.
If you wish to cancel the donation, kindly let us know within 24 hours. We shall refund your donation.
Your acceptance of these terms
By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
